I was first introduced to Karl through my brother who has seen very good results, so I thought I would give him a go and what can I say, I had a really bad injury (tilted pelvis problems with my whole left side from lower back down) and now I am pain free a riding my bike a lot more, and getting stronger and better over time Karl certainly knows what he is doing and I always recommend him to anyone I know that needs some work done

I booked myself onto the 6 week ‘Summer Fitness Programme’ at DJPT. The one-to-one tailored training sessions with Karl took place once a week on-site and I continued a programme of exercise at home in conjunction with a healthy diet plan.
In that short length of time, I’ve not only built up more muscle strength, I’ve lost over half a stone in weight.
I would definitely recommend Karl, who’s so supportive, listens to your individual needs, and is extremely knowledgeable and approachable. So if like me ‘you’re not sure’, and this is holding you back, if I can do it, you can!

Would highly recommend for personal training. Very knowledgeable in nutrition and fitness. Have never been so consistent with my workouts as I have been with the workouts that Karl sets and PT sessions which I really enjoy. Previously I have not looked forward to training. Started back in July/August 2022 and have attended my sessions consistently... which is alot for me... as my personal record for consistent exercise is about 8 weeks!!!
This is down to Karl, he makes my sessions fun, exciting and tailored to my specific needs week on week. I and others have definitely noticed an improvement in not only my figure, but my strength and cardiovascular-fitness aswell!
