Facilities

At David Jones Personal Training, we offer various facilities. We have a wide range of free weights and a top quality resistance machine. We can also have a calisthenics area for outside training.

A rowing machine, treadmill, cross-trainer, and watt bike are all present too if you are looking to improve your cardio. All the common facilities such as toilets, showers and changing rooms are available as well. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are also present at our gym to make the training environment as comfortable as possible.
