Personal Training

As mentioned above, we tailor our service to you. To ensure that we meet your needs, we start with a 1-to-1 consultation so that we can fully understand your goals and how we can help you achieve them.

The consultation starts with an initial chat so that we can understand your aims. This is then followed by a body composition analysis and a core strength check so that we can work out at which level will be best to start your training.

We pride ourselves on being extremely thorough so that we can maximise every possible gain. This is why we also include a flexibility assessment, a blood pressure check and a blood analysis for glucose and cholesterol.

All this information gives us a better idea of your ability and allows us to curate a training regime that works for you. This 1-to-1 consultation also takes place in our gym in Horley, making it extremely accessible for our Felbridge customers.

Our gym is fully equipped with all the equipment that you need to achieve your goals. If you want to work on your cardio, we have machines such as a cross-trainer, treadmill, rowing machine and watt bike.

If strength training is more your thing, we have a multitude of free weights and a resistance machine to help you build muscle.

We also have an outdoor area for when the weather is nice. This includes a calisthenics space to help take your strength training to the next level.

In addition to this, our gym also boasts a changing room with a shower and toilet. We also have AC for the summer and underfloor heating for the winter, meaning that you can train in optimal temperatures at all times of the year.

Buddy and Small Group Training

If you would feel more comfortable training with someone else rather than on your own, we at David Jones Personal Training can accommodate this as we offer group training sessions for up to 4 people. We offer this as we have seen first hand how a group of friends can motivate each other by training together and we wanted to harness this to help you achieve your goals.

Event Training

Whether you have a sporting event coming up or if you just want to get in shape for a holiday, we provide personal training sessions specifically targeted towards these events. We will work with you to ensure that you are able to achieve your goals within the required timeframe.

Nutritional Strategy

If you feel that you would benefit from a nutritional plan to complement your training then we can also help with this. Like with our personal training service, our nutritional strategy is tailored to you. We base the plan around your goals, whether that is building muscle, losing weight or anything in between.
