Personal Training

Before we get you into the gym and working towards your fitness targets, we first start with a 1-to-1 consultation. We opt for this method as it really helps us to understand your base ability and fitness goals in more detail.

We then move onto a core strength check followed by a body composition analysis. If more information is needed then we may also ask for details surrounding your blood pressure, glucose and cholesterol. All this information helps us to create a focused training programme that is tailored to you.

Our gym’s equipment is of the highest possible quality so you can rest assured that everything is geared towards providing you with the best possible experience. If building muscle is your aim then we have a variety of free weights and a top of the range resistance machine on offer. Our calisthenics area is also an option if you would like to try some strength training without using weights.

We also have a multitude of cardio equipment available to our Crawley customers who prefer to train that area. This equipment includes a watt bike, rowing machine, treadmill and cross-trainer.

The basics such as changing rooms, showers and toilets are also there for your use. In addition to this, air conditioning and underfloor heating are available too in order to combat the summer and winter temperatures.
