Do you need help with your ‘summer body’? If you are looking to lose weight, tone up or gain muscle, we have put together the perfect 6-week shape up programme to help you achieve these goals. 

You will train with us at our private studio gym in Horley as well as be guided on how to eat correctly in order to achieve whatever weight goals you may have. We will also set you exercises to do by yourself at home through an easy-to-follow app. Measurements are taken at the beginning and end of the programme using our assessment process to ensure progress has been made. This is very important so that we can personalise the programme for you.

The programme includes:

  • 6 one-to-one personal training sessions (1 per week) plus a free assessment at the end of the programme
  • 24/7 nutritional coaching throughout the 6 weeks 
  • Use of our app to help you with workouts through the week
  • Access to your coach 24/7 throughout the programme
