1. Bounce In Place (30 Secs) Light footed bouncing to get your blood flowing. Loosen up!

2. Spine Rotations (45 Secs) Feet hip width apart, gently twist side to side. Let your arms swing freely.

3. Squat & Arm Circles (1 Min) Squat down then rise and circle your arms. Combines strength and mobility.
